lnslall the mechanical seal using a suitable size socket
wrench.
NOTE:
On the mechanical seal, the sealer

has been applied.
The removed mechanical seal must be replaced with a
new one.
Install the rubber seal

into the impeller.
After wiping off the oily or greasy matter from the mechanical
seal ring, install it into the impeller.
NOTE:
The paint marked side

of the mechanical seal
ring
faces the
impeller.

Apply grease to the impeller shaft.

(or equivalent grease)
Apply grease to the 0-r~ngs.

Install the 0-r~ngs
