TIRES
TIRE REPLACEMENT
Remove the front and rear wheels.

After removing the air valve cap, release the tire pressure by
depressing the valve.
Dismount the bead from the rim completely as shown.
Separate the tire from the rim
by
using a set of tire levers and
rim protectors.
When
uslng the tire lever, do not scratch or hit the
sealing portion (hump)
ot the wheel or it may cause
air-leakage.
Inspect the sealing portion of the rim for contamination and
distortion. If any damages are found, replace the rim with a
new one.
Clear up the sealing portion of the rim.
Apply tire lubricant to the tie bead and the flange of the rim.

Never apply grease, oil or gasoline to the tire bead
because they will deterlorate the
tire.
