REASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
Reassemble and install the steering shaft
in
the reverse order of
removal and disassembly. Pay attention to the following points:
STEERING SHAFT
Apply grease to the
steerlng shaft holder bushtng.

SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
(or equivalent grease)
Install the steering shaft holder bushing to the steerlng shaft.

Apply grease to the steering shaft and O-ring.

NOTE:
Replace the O-ring with a new one.
When installing the steering to the vehicle, turn the recess
in
the
spline
part
of
steering shaft to the forward of the vehicle.

Apply grease to the bushing and dust seal.
