Group Calls: Joining 5600-5849
The registered members join a conference being initiated by answering the
incoming group call. Provided the conference is not locked against non-
registered participants, they can join the conference by dialing the group call
access code or can be transferred to the group call by an authorized user (see
page 79).
To join a group while your phone is ringing:
1. Answer or press the lit [GROUP CALL#]. XXX CALL (

To join an ongoing group call (after station has stopped ringing):
1. Press the lit [GROUP CALL#] or dial the Group Call access call. ANSWER

2. Warning tone will be heard by all participants (if defined system-wide).
Note: When the group is defined as blocked against joining an ongoing BUSY
(group#)
conference, the BUSY message will be displayed and the busy tone
will be heard.
To leave a conference:
1. Press [SPKR] or hang up.
2. Warning tone will be heard by all participants (if defined system-wide).
