Room Status 7026-7041
You may change any one of the 16 room status choices for your station. Use the
following form to write in the various room statuses and related access codes
available at your telephone.
Note: This feature is applicable for Hotel/Motel use. (In cases where this is
required, specific instructions will be given).
To activate or set the Room Status:
1. Press [STATUS] key, or STATUS NAME OFF
OFF
Dial the required Room Status code (see table below) followed by activation
code
. STATUS NAME ON
ON
2. Listen for the confirmation tone.
To cancel or reset the Room Status:
1. Press the lit [STATUS] key, or STATUS NAME ON
ON
Dial the required Room Status code (see table below) followed by
cancellation code
. STATUS NAME OFF
OFF
2. Listen for the confirmation tone.
