Paging, Announcing: Voice (To Single FlexSet) Xfer 6, #191 or #3
Announcing a voice page to a single FlexSet can be used, for example, as an
intercom in order to converse between two stations, or as a simple pager.
To voice page a single FlexSet that is either busy or does not answer:
1. Press [VOICE PAGE] during the call.
or
Press
[XFER] and dial Voice Page feature code 6. VOICE PAGE xxxxx
To voice page (from idle):
1. Lift handset.
2. Either press
[VOICE PAGE] or dial feature code #191.
3. Dial FlexSet number
or
Dial Voice Page FlexSet number (see Note 3).
4. Listen for the Voice Page tone.
5. Begin paging when tone stops.
ANSWER xxxxx
6. Press [SPKR] or hang up to release.
