To modify a Personal Directory entry
1. Retrieve the required name (see Search on page 50). SEARCH:

3. If required, enter the modified name (see table on page 54 for edit options). NAME:

4. Press key to initiate Edit Number mode. NUM:

To remove an entry from the Personal Directory:
1. Retrieve the required name (see Search on page 50). SEARCH:

2. Press #0 to delete the entry. The entry subsequent to the one removed
appears on the display.
CAUTION !
You will not be able to restore the deleted entry.
