Split Call 172 FlexSet 120/280 User Guide
Display Message Key LED
Split Call #1321, #1322
Split call allows you to alternate between two other parties, by pressing keys
defined as Exclude Source and Exclude Destination. The feature also allows
3-way conversation by merely pressing one of the keys, Exclude Source or
Exclude Destination, when the key is steadily lit. This feature can be activated
in any sequence, any number of times. When you speak privately, with either
the Exclude Source or Exclude Destination, the other party is automatically put
on hold.
Exclude Source: is the first party with whom a connection was made.
Exclude Destination: is the second party with whom a connection was made.
Note: This feature can only be activated if you have programmed keys.
• To program the EXCLUDE SOURCE key, use feature code #1321
• To program the EXCLUDE DESTINATION key, use feature code
#1322
The following table allows you to identify the progress of split calls when your
FlexSet is not equipped with a message display.
