Receiving Calls
There are several ways in which you can answer incoming calls:
- Lift the handset
- Press the flashing SPKR button
- Press a flashing key (DSS, Loop, Line, etc.)

Notes:
1) When using the FlexSet 120L, you must use the handset or
headset when speaking.
2) On FlexSet 280D and 280D-Z, calls via ISDN trunks display the
caller’s number or name unless restricted. An ‘I’ before the Caller
I.D. indicates an international call via ISDN.
3) #REST.: Caller ID is restricted by the caller.

6) CAUSE #: ISDN protocols define error messages, with codes
indicating the cause of failed connections. The meanings and

Most messages are for system managers and technicians and will
not be seen during normal operation.
