NO B.C.: If the Bearer Capability of the trunk or dial service you are NO B.C.
attempting to connect does not match your station’s COS
NON ISDN ROUTE: If your station’s COS is set to ISDN only and
NON ISDN ROUTE
call attempts are made through a trunk group
not defined as ISDN only
QUE GROUP #: In certain systems if no trunk is available the call
QUE GROUP#
may be held in a queue and this displays the
number of the queue.
BUSY: The party called is engaged.
CO DISC. XXXXX
USER BUSY
NORMAL CLEAR: The called party has hung up (on hook, idle). ON HOOK BY XXXXX
NORMAL CLEAR
CALL REJECTED: The call cannot be completed because the CO DISK. XXXXX
CALL REJECTED
called party does not allow it.
CAUSE #: ISDN protocols define error messages, with codes

be seen during normal operation.
