To transfer a held call:
Typically, use transfer of a held call to connect an incoming call to the held
party, such as when you have to locate someone for a caller.
1. Dial a number or receive a call while the first call is in hold.
2. Press
[XFER].
3. Press the winking button associated with the held call.
4. Press
[SPKR] or hang up to transfer a call.
To continue as Broker/Consultation/3-Way Conference Call:
After pressing the winking button associated with the held call, before
transferring the call:
1. Press [XFER] as required (see page 34).
Note: The held port must be on a DSS, Loop, Line or Trunk key.
