ACD & UCD Groups: Calls Waiting Display (ACD only) #1982
This feature provides you with the ability to view the number of calls waiting
for any ACD group.
To view the number of waiting calls for any group while in idle:
1. Press [CALLS WAITING] or dial feature code #1982 ENTER ACD #
ACD WAITING CALL ON
2. Dial any ACD group number. CALLS WAIT.

3. Listen for the confirmation tone.
Note: To program a [CALLS WAITING] key, use feature code #1982.
To view the number of waiting calls for a specific group:
The CALLS WAIT ACD # Key LED flashes when calls are waiting. This
feature can be used in any call state, including while in conversation.
FLASHING
1. Press the flashing [CALLS WAITING ACD#] key. CALLS WAIT.

Note: To program a [CALLS WAITING ACD #] key, use feature code #1982,
followed by the specific ACD group number.
