ACD & UCD Groups: Log-In/Out - for Single ACD Group #1974
This feature is used when an ACD group member joins or leaves an ACD
group. A user can simultaneously be a member of numerous ACD groups.
To log-in to a single group:
1. Press [LOG-IN/OUT] or dial feature code #1974. ENTER ACD #

2. Dial your ACD group number. DEASSIGN (

3. Dial activation code . ASSIGN (

4. Listen for the confirmation tone.
Note: When an ACD/UCD ID is required and Log-In is attempted, the
display will show:
NO ID

To log-out from a single group:
1. Press [LOG-IN/OUT] or dial feature code #1974. ENTER ACD #
