ACD & UCD Groups: Wrap-Up Time On/Off #1976
The Wrap-Up Time feature provides an idle ACD/UCD group member with a
time-out period between consecutive group calls. The time-out period is
determined for each group on a system-wide basis. This feature allows an agent
to utilize the Wrap-Up code without interfering with outside calls.
When in Wrap-Up state, the display shows:
WRAP-UP TIME
To activate Wrap-Up Time:
1. Press [WRAP-UP TIME]. WRAP-UP OFF
OFF
or
Dial feature code #1976 followed by activation code
. WRAP-UP ON
ON
2. Listen for the confirmation tone.
To cancel Wrap-Up Time:
1. Press the lit [WRAP-UP TIME]. WRAP-UP ON
ON
or
Dial feature code #1976 followed by cancellation code
.
2. Listen for the confirmation tone.
