Boss Group: Programming Exclusive Hold #187
As a Boss Group member, you can put your telephone into Exclusive Hold
mode. This ensures that a call placed on hold can be retrieved only at the
telephone where Exclusive Hold was originally placed. If Exclusive Hold is
cancelled, the call put on hold can be retrieved by any other member of your
Boss Group. The feature can be utilized for a specific call or for all calls.
To activate Exclusive Hold for all calls:
1. Press [EXCLUSIVE HOLD]. NON EXCL. HOLD
OFF
or
Dial Exclusive Hold feature code #187 followed by activation code
. EXCLUSIVE HOLD
ON
2. Listen for the confirmation tone.
To cancel Exclusive Hold for all calls:
1. Press the lit [EXCLUSIVE HOLD]. EXCLUSIVE HOLD
ON
or
Dial Exclusive Hold feature code #187 followed by cancellation code
. NON EXCL. HOLD
OFF
2. Listen for the confirmation tone.
