6. TROUBLESHOOTING
6.1 PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW WHEN REPLACING
COMPONENTS
When replacing components take into consideration the information about mechanical adjust-
ments, greases and tightening torques.
6.1.1 REPLACING THE DISPLAY (HIGH-KIT)
Each time the Display is replaced:
Follow the installation wizard;
Update the Display SW to the latest released version.
6.1.2 REPLACING THE WATT SENSOR BOARD
Each time the Watt Sensor board is replaced, the following is necessary:
Upgrade the Equipment Software Loader db, if necessary;
Write the Technogym Bike SN, through the Equipment Software Loader;
Write the speed sensor setting, through the Equipment Software Loader;
Write the torque table, through the Equipment Software Loader;
Update the Watt Sensor Board software, through the Equipment Software Loader;
Calibrate the brake, as detailed in §”6.3 BRAKE CALIBRATION”.

6.1.3 REPLACING THE HALL SENSOR / BRAKE FRAME
Each time the Hall sensor and/or the brake frame are removed and/or replaced, the following is
necessary:
Calibrate the brake, as detailed in §”6.3 BRAKE CALIBRATION”.
