6.10 LACK OF PRECISION IN THE WATT VALUES
SHOWN ON THE DISPLAY
If the customer complains about ‘Lack of precision in the Watt values shown on the display’ follow
the below steps:
1. Execute the mechanical product regulation of the brake;
2. Take note of the Read Value and Database Value of Level L7 or L8, through the Equipment
Software Loader;
3. TEST_1: Test the equipment:
▪ Make two complete turns of the knob;
▪ Execute an exercise at 80rpm;
▪ Take note of the Watts shown on the display;
4. Execute the soft calibration;
5. Take note of the Read Value and Database Value of Level L7 or L8, through the Equipment
Software Loader;
6. TEST_2: Test the equipment:
▪ Make two complete turns of the knob;
▪ Execute an exercise at 80rpm;
▪ Take note of the Watts shown on the display;
7. Write the noted numeric values in the Service Job.
8. Share with the customer the initial (step 4) and nal (step 7) Watt values and verify if the ad-
justment meets the expectation of the customer;
