If there’s no RPM signal shown on the display, the troubleshooting doesn’t involve tests about
cables continuity (rx-tx), since if there were issue about cables continuity (rx-tx), it would
appear the message ‘COM ERROR’ on the screen.
[*]: When replacing components see §”6.1 Procedure to follow when replacing components”.
[**]: Make sure the problem is solved. See §”6.2 Equipment testing after the intervention of techni-
cal service”.
[1]: Check the presence of +5Vdc between Red (+5Vdc) and Black (Ground) wire of the RPM con-
nector 4x1pin.

[2]: Put the probes of multimeter in the PIN 2-Black (Ground) and PIN 4-Yellow (Out signal RPM) of
the RPM connector 4x1pin. Move the pedal and check that the tension is about +2Vdc.

Wrong speed during exercise
Is the phonic wheel correctly fixed to the flywheel? /
Is the speed sensor assembled correctly?
Is the cable RPM / Watt sensor Cable (0WCU1068xx) correctly connected?
Is the belt correctly mounted and tensioned?
Reprogram the Watt Sensor Board, through the Equipment Software Loader.
