ATTENTION: Do not cut the cable.
1. Set the minimum weight: the only selected
weight will be the cross.
2. Loosen the counter-nut a using a 22-gauge
wrench.
3. Tighten the screw b at the end of the cable so
that the cable is taut and the cross raised.
4. Slowly loosen the screw b until the cable is
still taut, but the cross is resting on the
weight stack.
5. Tighten the counter-nut a using a 22-gauge
wrench.
ATTENTION: If the adjusting screw
must be lowered of more than 2 cm,
replace the cable.
Check the tension of the cable by
carrying out a couple of repetitions with
the minimum weight, and then slowly
resting the cross on the weight stack.
The cross must rest firmly on the weight
stack, and the cable must be slightly
taut.
