1. The P819 Inclined Bench Press comes in a
carton fixed on top of a wooden pallet.
2. The machine can be moved using a pallet
truck or fork lift truck.

3. After removing the outer carton, it is
necessary to put together the parts of the
bench (see figure):
 The rear part;
 The front part, containing the seat and the
backrest, packed inside another carton
(see the upper right-hand box);
 The two footboards with their bolts b (see
the lower right-hand box);
 The two bolts a to be used to fix the two
frame parts (see the lower right-hand
box).
