9. TESTS TO BE IMPLEMENTED AFTER
THE INTERVENTION OF TECHNICAL
SERVICE / DURING PREVENTATIVE
MAINTENANCE
After a technical service intervention, the technician MUST check - in the same conditions in which
the customer discovered the problem - that the fault has been resolved. The technician MUST also
perform the following functional tests.
Moreover, the technician, during preventative maintenance, MUST perform the following tests. (For
further details about maintenance operations, see the Preventative maintenance Check list, available
on TG Direct).
9.1. TESTS ON MACHINES
1- Select the maximum weight and check the held of grub screws that fix the cable.
2- Select a maximum of 5-10 Kg and check the fluidity of the machine.
3- Make sure that the machine adjustments have no play and reach the correct positions, without any
plays.
4- If present, check the integrity of the power cable.
5- If applicable, check the correct information shown on the display.
6- If applicable, check the correct detection of the Login.
9.2. TESTS ON BENCHES
1- Make sure that the bench adjustments have no play and reach the correct positions, without any
plays.
9.2.1. FUNCTIONAL TESTS ON ADJUSTABLE BENCHES

Functional test:
ATTENTION: THE BACKREST COULD FALL DOWN.
- If you lift up the backrest: the pin must move free. The backrest position must be blocked in
correspondence of each selected hole/position.
