6. COMPONENTS DISASSEMBLY
6.1. SEAT ON LOW MACHINES
This operation applies to Leg Curl, Leg Extension and Rotary Calf.
1. Move the seat into position 1 (all the way
forward) so that the gas spring is as fully
extended as possible.
2. Unscrew the screw a using a 13-gauge
wrench.
3. Help the stem b of the gas spring extend
itself, and rest its end on the floor.
The gas spring is mounted on the Rotary
Calf.
4. For each side of the seat, unscrew the screw c
using a 6-gauge hexagonal T-wrench.
5. Remove the pin d.
6. For each side of the seat, unscrew the screw e
using an 8-gauge hexagonal T-wrench.
7. Remove the stops f.
8. Remove the seat, sliding it out from behind.
