D. Turn both crankcase halves open side up.
Make sure all squirt nozzles (85) are in
place.
Lubricate all cam bearings and main bearings. Install intermediate and rear
main bearing inserts (1, Figure
72-10-17) and front main bearing inserts (2, Figure 72-
10-17). Insert bearings in seats so that edges project equally.

Other than installing fittings there will be no sub-assembly required for the fuel injection
systems except on the
TSIO-360-MB
&
-SB. Fitting orientation charts are provided for
the manifold valves and fuel pumps.

On the TSIO-360-MB
&
-SB (See Figure 72-10-06B) install new gasket (36) and
controller
(35)
on throttle assembly (18). Secure using attaching hardware (37, 38,
39). Connect linkage assembly (12) to throttle (18) and controller
(35)
using attaching
hardware (13 thru 16). Install new O-ring (41) and overboost valve (40) on throttle
assembly using attaching hardware
(42,43). Install fittings (Figure 72-50-1
OD).

For adjustment of the controller, refer to the aircraft manufacturers instructions.
