Communication with Other Devices
Oximeter Special Instructions
Nonin
SenSmart® X-100
The SenSmart must be congured for the Nonin 5 output
data format. Refer to the SenSmart User manual or contact
Nonin Technical Service for assistance.
A female/female straight through cable is required to
interface the SenSmart to the Module.
The CDI uses the following serial port settings to
communicate with the SenSmart: 57600 baud, no parity,
8 bits, one stop bit.
Edwards
ForeSight Elite®
The Elite must be congured for the CSV output data format.
Both 2-channel and 4-channel modes are supported, and
both Ports A and B may be used. The Baud must be set to
115200. Refer to the Elite user manual or contact Edwards
Technical Service for assistance.
A female/female straight through cable is required to
interface the Elite to the Module.
The CDI uses the following serial port settings to
communicate with the Elite: 115200 baud, no parity, 8 bits,
one stop bit.
Medtronic
INVOS
TM
5100c
The INVOS must be congured for the O utput F ormat 1
output data format. Refer to the INVOS user manual or
contact Medtronic Technical Service for assistance.
A female/female straight through cable is required to
interface the INVOS to the Module.
The CDI uses the following serial port settings to
communicate with the INVOS: 9600 baud, no parity,
8 bits, one stop bit.
