d) Connecting the B-scan diagnosis probe

Different connectors are to be connected depending on
probe types. Check the type of a probe before
connecting it to the right connector.

1) The 15MHz B-scan diagnosis probe is to be connected to the right
connector (1) labeled as Normal & Anterior, while the 60MHz UBM probe is
to the left connector (2), labeled as UBM.
Insert the connector (3) of the
probe into the probe connector (1) and (2) of the back of the instrument in the
correct orientation.
2) Bring the fixture (4) down and fix it. Raising the fixture (4) will release the
probe.
