e) Installing the probe cap membrane (60MHz UBM probe)
■ Don’t inject anything other than purified water into the
probe when using a probe cap membrane. Otherwise
the probe may be damaged.
1) Attach the probe cap membrane (1) to the end of the 60MHz UBM probe.
2) Pulling the lid (2) of the probe body in the orientation of the arrow opens the
cover (3) of the purified water inlet, exposing the tube (4).
3) Fill the included syringe (5) with purified water, and inject the water slowly
through the tube on the thicker side of the pipe so as to prevent air bubbles
from entering the pipe, until the probe is filled with the water. Confirm that
the purified water goes up to the other tube before firmly closing the cover
(3) of the purified water inlet until you hear a click.
4) Move the slider (6) to adjust the pressure of the membrane cap.
