WrtCmd(“FUNC:IMP RX) Set the measurement function to R-X.

Query Response
Returned format is:
<function><NL^END>
:IMPedance:RANGe
The :IMPedance:RANGe command sets the measurement range.
The :IMPedance:RANGe? query returns the current measurement range even if the
measurement range is set to AUTO.
Command Syntax
FUNCtion:IMPedance:RANGe <value>
Where, <value> is in the NR1 format with a suffix multiplier and a suffix unit. OHM,
and KOHM can be used with this command. The values can be used with this
command are listed as follows.
10, 30, 100, 300, 1000, 3000, 10000, 30000, 100000
or 10ohm, 30ohm, 100ohm, 300ohm, 1kohm, 3kohm, 10kohm, 30kohm,
100kohm
If values other than preceding values are used, “Error Parameter” will be displayed in
the message window.
Example
WrtCmd(“FUNC:IMP:RANG 1KOHM”) Set the measurement range to 1Kohm.
If this command is received while auto range is ON, the auto range function is
automatically set to OFF and the range will be held at the range dictated by the
received command.

FUNCtion:IMPedance:RANGe?
Query Response
Returned format is:
<value><NL^END>
Where, <value> is 10, 30, 100, 300, 1000, 3000, 10000, 30000, 100000
:IMPedance:RANGe:AUTO
The :IMPedance:RANGe:AUTO command sets the auto range to ON or OFF.
The :IMPedance:RANGe:AUTO? query returns the current auto range ON/OFF
condition.
