If the latest measurement data has been sent out, the new measurement is not begun
or the new measurement is not over, then the FETC? command will be valid after the
new measurement is over.
FETC? Command can only be used on MeasDisplay, BinNo. Disp, Bin Count and
List Sweep page. The query response returned will be “9.9E37,9.9E37” on other
pages.
On List Sweep page, if the list sweep mode is “STEP” mode, the measurement
results for one sweep point will be returned. If the list sweep mode is “SEQ”, the
measurement results for all sweep points will be returned. If one list sweep parameter
point is not set, the query response will be “9.9E37,9.9E37”.
