Usage Features:

  • Controls: The machine features a traction pedal for forward and rearward movement, with speed proportionate to pedal pressure. Maintenance Features:

  • Daily Checks: A comprehensive checklist for daily maintenance, including safety-interlock operation, ROPS position, parking brake, fuel level, engine oil, cooling-system fluid, water/fuel separator, air-filter indicator, and cooler/screen debris.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Detailed service intervals for various components:
    • After first hour: Torque wheel-lug nuts.
    • After first 10 hours: Torque wheel-lug nuts, check alternator-belt tension.
    • After first 50 hours: Check alternator-belt tension, grease bearings and bushings, drain water from fuel/water separator, check battery-cable connections, check battery condition, check battery-electrolyte level, check hood-air-intake screen.
    • Every 100 hours: Check alternator-belt condition and tension, check traction-belt condition.
    • Every 200 hours: Torque wheel-lug nuts, inspect cooling-system hoses, adjust PTO-clutch gap.
    • Every 250 hours: Change engine oil and filter (dirty/dusty conditions), change air-cleaner element, clean cooling fins.
    • Every 400 hours: Replace fuel/water separator, replace fuel filter, inspect fuel lines/connections, check/adjust parking brake, clean cab air filters, change engine oil and filter.
    • Every 800 hours: Change hydraulic filter (if not using recommended fluid or alternative fluid has been used), change hydraulic fluid (if not using recommended fluid or alternative fluid has been used).
    • Every 1,000 hours: Change hydraulic fluid and filter (if using recommended fluid).
    • Every 1,500 hours: Change engine coolant.
    • Every 2,000 hours: Change hydraulic fluid (if using recommended fluid).
    • Monthly: Check battery-electrolyte level (if applicable).
    • Yearly: Drain and clean fuel tank.
    • Every 2 years: Replace moving hoses.
  • Lubrication: Regular greasing of PTO driveshaft, idler arm, axle pivot pin, attachment pivot hubs, lift-cylinder bushings, lift-arm pivot pins, hydraulic-cylinder ball joint, and steering-cylinder ball joint.
  • Fluid Specifications: Specific requirements for engine oil (API CJ-4 or higher, ACEA E6, JASO DH-2, SAE 15W-40 or 10W-30), hydraulic fluid (Toro PX Extended Life Hydraulic Fluid, ISO VG 46), and coolant (ethylene-glycol base extended-life coolant, 50/50 mixture with water, meeting ATSM D3306/D4985 and SAE J1034/J814/J1941).
