Maintenance Procedure
Every 200 hours
• T orque the wheel-lug nuts.
• Inspect the cooling-system hoses.
• Adjust the PT O-clutch gap.
Every 250 hours
• Change the engine oil and lter (when the machine is used in dirty or dusty
conditions) [Models 31900 and 31901 only].
• Change the air-cleaner element.
• Check and clean the cooling ns (clean them more frequently in dirty or dusty
conditions).
Every 400 hours
• Replace the fuel/water separator .
• Replace the fuel lter .
• Inspect the fuel lines and connections.
• Check the parking brake and adjust if needed.
• Clean the cab air lters; replace them if they are torn or excessively dirty .
Every 500 hours
• Change the engine oil and lter .
Every 800 hours
• Change the hydraulic lter (if you are not using the recommended hydraulic uid or
have ever lled the hydraulic tank with alternative uid).
• Change the hydraulic uid (if you are not using the recommended hydraulic uid or
have ever lled the hydraulic tank with alternative uid).
Every 1,000 hours
• Change the hydraulic lter (if you are using the recommended hydraulic uid).
Every 1,500 hours
• Change the engine coolant
Every 2,000 hours
• Change the hydraulic uid (if you are using the recommended hydraulic uid).
Monthly
• Check the battery-electrolyte level when the machine is in storage (if applicable).
Y early
• Drain and clean the fuel tank
Every 2 years
• Replace moving hoses.
