rollershaftintotherollertube.Ensurethatthesealsarenotdamagedas
theshaftisinstalled.
4.Installthenewbearingandoutersealsintothesecondendoftheroller
tubeasfollows:
A.Positionasecondnewbearingtotherollershaftandtube.Positionthe
washer(refertoSpecialT ools(page7–5))onthebearingtopressboth
theinnerandouterbearingracesatthesametime.
B.Usethewasherandbearing/outersealtool(refertoSpecialT ools(page
7–5))withasoft-facedhammertofullyseatbearing(Figure240).After
thebearinginstallation,ensurethattheshaftfreelyrotatesandthatthere
isnobinding.Ifnecessary,lightlytapthebearingand/orshaftendsto
aligntheshaftandbearings.Removethewasherfromtheroller.
