2.5.10 Mounting Axis 4 Motor
1) Mount the new motor on the axis 4 reduction gear with four (4) bolts (M4 × 16).
2) Tighten the coupling of the axis 4 reduction gear by means of the attached bolt
(M4 × 12) to mount the cap. (Recommended clamping torque: 4.7 N·m)
3) Connect the axis 4 motor connectors.
4) Mount the arm 2 cover and perform home setting for the axis 4 and axis 3.
Now, the motor replacement completes.
5) Carry out a test operation of the axis 4 and make sure that each part operates
properly.
