AllTranscendInformation,Inc.("Transcend")productsarewarrantedandtestedtobefreefromdefectsin
materialandworkmanshipandtoconformtothepublishedspecifications.Duringthewarrantyperiod,should
yourproduct(s)failundernormalenvironmentandoperatingconditionsduetoimproperworkmanshipor
materials,Transcendwillprovidewarrantyservicepursuanttothefollowingtermsandconditions.
WarrantyPeriodandService
• YourMP710productiscoveredbythisWarrantyforaperiodoftwoyear(s)fromtheoriginalpurchase
date (Li‐Polymerbatteryforaperiodofsixmonths).Proofoftheoriginalpurchasedateisrequiredfor
warrantyservice.
• Transcendwill inspect the product andat its sole discretion makerepairs or replace itwith a new or
refurbished one. Under special circumstances, Transcend may provide a functionally equivalent
replacementorrefundatthedepreciatedcost.Transcend’sdecisionshall befinalandbinding.
• Regarding out‐of‐warranty products, Transcend may reasonably charge for repairs and parts
replacement.
Limitations
• Anysoftwareordigitalcontentincludedwiththeproduct, indisc, preloadedordownloadableform,is
notcovered under this Warranty.This Warranty doesnot cover any damage causedby any accident,
man‐made destroy, abuse, mishandling or improper usage, alteration, abnormal mechanical or
environmentalcondition,actsofnature,improperinstallation,orproblemswithelectricalpower.
• This Warranty will be void for product physical defect or appearance damage, alteration to product
warranty, anti‐counterfeit/quality stickers or serial/electronic numbers, or unauthorized repair or
opening/modificationoftheproductcase.
• ThisWarrantydoesnotapplytothetransfereesofproductsand/oranyonewhostandstoprofitfrom
thisWarrantywithoutTranscend'spriorwrittenauthorization.

DATAPRIORTOCLAIMINGWARRANTYSERVICE.
• TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, TRANSCEND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITIES
WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT AND THE USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF
NON‐INFRINGEMENT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOST OF PROFIT,
BUSINESSANDGOODWILL,DAMAGESRESULTINGFROMDATALOSS,ORFAILUREOFANYTHIRDPARTY
EQUIPMENT.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL TRANSCEND BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH AND PROPERTY
LOSS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT IN THE EQUIPMENT WHICH PERSONAL INJURY OR
DEATH IS LIKELY TO BE CAUSED BY DEFECT AND MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO MEDICAL OR MEDICAL‐RELATED EQUIPMENT, MILITARY OR MILITARY‐RELATED
EQUIPMENT, AIRCRAFT, TRAFFIC CONTROL EQUIPMENT, DISASTER PREVENTION SYSTEM,
COMBUSTIONCONTROLSYSTEM,ANDNUCLEAREQUIPMENT.

• THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND COMPLETE, SUPERSEDES ALL PRIOR WRITTEN OR ORAL
