Smontaggio Corona Epicicloidale (6) e
Mozzo (21)
Per estrarre i satelliti (30) preassemblati
con i loro cuscinetti (54) rimuovere l’anello
(38), quindi utilizzare un’estrattore idoneo
(vedi fig. 15a).
Svitare la ghiera (18) con l’apposito
attrezzo descritto a pag. 47. Per sfilare il
mozzo ruota (21) utilizzare una pressa con
cui agire delicatamente su un tubo (Φ
i
= 1-
7mm e Φ
e
= 27mm) centrato sul filetto M40
del mozzo; si sfila di conseguenza anche il
porta satelliti (24) (vedi fig. 15b).
Per togliere la corona epicicloidale (6)
rimuovere le 10 viti (82), quindi estrarre la
corona (6) (vedi fig 15c).

In order to pull out the planet gears (30)
and their bearings (54), remove the retain-
ing ring (38) and use a special extractor
(see fig. 15a).
To unscrew the ring nut (18) a special tool
is required; this tool is described on page
47. To remove the wheel hub (21) place a
pipe (Φ
i
= 17mm e Φ
e
= 27mm) on the centre
of the M40 thread of the hub, and carefully
press it out. At this point slip off the planet
carrier (24) (see fig. 15b).
Unscrew the 10 screws (82) and pull out
the ring gear (6) (see fig. 15c).
