Using the Shift key
The function key "Push-Pull" Page 15 which must be configured by the ad-
ministrator can be used for the following functions:
• Consultation (return to waiting call or waiting conference)
• Toggle/Connect
• Acceptance of a second call
• Acceptance of a group call
Second call
Z You hear a call waiting tone. Information for the call is displayed.
T Press the flashing "Push-Pull" function key. You pick up the waiting call. The
LED lights up.
Toggle/Connect
[ You are connected with two parties. One party is on hold. The "Push-Pull" func-
tion key illuminates.
R Press the "Push-Pull" function key to switch to the other party. The first party is
placed on hold.
Consultation
[ j You call the second party. The second party does not answer.
S Press the "Push-Pull" function key to return to the waiting party or conference.
Group call
[ You are connected with a party. A group call is waiting. Information for the group
call is displayed.
T Press the flashing "Push-Pull" function key. You pick up the group call, the first
party is placed on hold. The LED lights up.
