Adaptive heating curve
On the multiMATIC 700/2, there is the option to select an adaptive heating curve ad-
justment. This involves the current heating curve being automatically adapted to the
system requirements. The multiMATIC 700/2 switches off once the desired room tem-
perature has been reached. If the current flow temperature now lies below the target
flow temperature according to the heating curve that is set as standard, this is a sign
that the target flow temperature has been set too high. If this is the case, the steepness
of the heating curve is automatically lowered. On the other hand, the heating curve is
raised if the room temperature has not been reached for a long period of time with the
specified heating curve. The heating curve is adjusted each time a new heating pro-
cess is under way.
Please note that this function is only available if the controller has been installed
in the living area and the thermostat function has been activated.
4.5.7.2 System diagram configuration
Since only setting "3" is currently supported for the VR 71 mixer module, it is
not possible to view or adjust the module's configuration.
4.5.7.3 Additional module
For flexoTHERM/ flexoCOMPACT, the "FB" and "0" connections of the "X41" edge
connector are used as a multi-function input; for the aroTHERM VWZ AI, the "ME" ter-
minal is used.
