Excess temperature
Setting an increase in the heat requirement for the heat generator, in order to equalise
temperature losses caused by long pipes or leaking mixers.
Room temp. mod.
Temperature modulation: Integration of the current room temperature for adjusting
the effective target room temperature using the following formula:
T
corr
= T
target
+ (T
target
– T
current
)
T
corr
= adjusted target room temperature (0..30 °C)
T
target
= desired target room temperature
T
current
= measured room temperature
(T
target
– T
current
) – max. 7 K
Example: T
target
= 21 °C (1), T
current
= 19 °C (2)
T
corr
= 21 °C + (21 °C – 19 °C)
T
corr
= 23 °C (3)
Result: The heating curve is translated by a
room temperature of 2 K. This results in an
increase in the flow temperature. This normally
also increases the room temperature.
Adjusting the heating curve using room temperature modulation
Thermostat function: In addition to the "Temperature modulation" function, the fol-
lowing logic applies here: Switching off the heating when the room set target value
+
3
/
16
K has been reached. Switching it back on when the room set target value -
2
/
16
K has been reached.
None: The target room temperature is used as set.
