Press the down arrow key until the following appears on the display:
SL = o f (SOFT START FUNCTION)
Press the D key to change the value from OFF to ON and thereby enable the function
Adjust to a value of OF
Press the down arrow key until the following appears on the display:
SLn = X (N° of slow stitches with SOFT START inserted)
X = Number of slow stitches at the start of the seam
Press the D key to change the value from 1 to 5
Adjust to a value of 2
Press the H key to exit
