How do I use Manual mode of examination interface?
How do I adjust the pupillary distance?
By sliding up the corresponding knob (#13 in the
Interactions in Manual mode paragraph page 30), the PD increases.
By sliding down the corresponding knob (#13 in the
Interactions in Manual mode paragraph page 30), the PD decreases.
Note: it is also possible to select either full or half PD: the right knob therefore controls the
left eye half PD and the left knob controls the right eye half PD.
How do I change the refraction values?
See the reference to buttons in paragraph
Interactions in Manual mode page 30.
To change the sphere value
Rotate the Sphere knob (#1) clockwise to increase it or anti-clockwise to decrease it by
0.25 D.

To be quicker, tap the areas highlighted in blue (#2 and 3), the upper one (#3) to increase
the value or the lower one (#2) to decrease it by 3 D.
To change the cylinder value
Slide the Cylinder button (#4) up to increase the value, down to decrease it by 0.25 D.
To change the axis value
Rotate the axis knob (#5) clockwise to increase it and anti-clockwise decrease it.
- Or -
Tap the areas highlighted in blue (#6), the left one to increase the value or the right one to
decrease it by step of 1 or 5°, according to the axis step selection.
To change the addition value
Slide from the Addition area up to increase the value, down to decrease it by 0.25 D.
The Addition is inserted only if near vision position is activated.

How do I select the correct obturation '(closed or open)?
Select the OC's (Occluder) or the O (Open aperture) position of the Accessory knob (#15
in the paragraph
Interactions in Manual mode page 30) depending on what you wish to do.

Tap the center of the Accessory knob in the blue area (#14 in the
paragraph
Interactions in Manual mode page 30) to directly access to the occluder.
Tap again to remove the occluder.
