4.5.4 DESCRIPTION OF PRIMA SPRINT 60L CONTAINER (WITHOUT VIBRATOR TABLE)

Functioning:
Through the powder injector 5 the powder is transported from the container 4 to the spray
gun 3. By feeding fl uid air into the fl uid base of the powder container 4, a homogeneous
powder/air mixture is generated and maintained during the entire process of the powder
feed from the container.
The powder quantity and the electrostatic charge of the colour powder are regulated by
the control unit 2. The fl uid air setting is done using the throttle 6..
Hint:
We recommend using a vibrator table when working with powders that are diffi cult to
feed.
