6.6.3 PROCEDURE FOR CLEANING PURGING
Procedure:
1. End coating operation.
2. Remove powder suction unit (suction lance, powder injector) from powder container.
3. Guide the manual gun into the spray booth and switch on the purge function by
pressing the “Purge“ button 17 on the control unit. LED display 18 lights up permanently.
Close function by again pressing “purge“ button 17.
The activated function is also indicated by the “total air“ indicator 34 and “atomiser/
ioniser/Tribo air“ indicator 35 lighting up.
