6.2.3 ADJUSTING FLUIDIZATION (60L CONTAINER WITHOUT VIBRATOR TABLE)
Procedure:
1. Open the lid and fi ll the powder container 1
halfway with powder.
2. Switch on the control unit.
3. Set the parameter “vibrator motor control“ on
the control unit to “ON“ to permanently activate
the fl uid air (see operating manual “EPG Sprint
control unit“).
4. Actuate the trigger of the spray gun for a short
time and release it.
5. Adjust the fl uid air at the throttle 2 until
fl uidization is recognizable..
Hint:
The amount of fl uid air depends on the
characteristics of the powder. Avoid a build up of
powder dust (too much fl uid air) in the powder
container!
6. Close the powder container 1 and check
whether the exhaust air hose is leading in the
direction of the ventilation system of the powder
coating booth.
Hint:
We recommend using a vibrator table when working
with powders that are diffi cult to feed.

Dust development!
Danger of poisoning.
Danger due to escaping dust, contamination of device and device
components.
The powder container may only be filled to the halfway mark,
because fluidizing increases the volume of powder.
