How to fix a WAREMA Control System when sun shading system moves up too late in cloudy weather?
    • A
      Adam HudsonSep 12, 2025
If the sun shading system moves up too late in cloudy weather, the HIGH limit value might be set too high in the sun control settings. Try changing the limit value.

Why doesn't my WAREMA Wisotronic Control Systems respond to the EWFS Hand-held transmitter?
    • V
      Valerie MorrisAug 25, 2025
If the WAREMA Wisotronic does not respond to an EWFS Hand-held transmitter, ensure the transmitter has been learned in. If using an 8-channel EWFS transmitter, verify the correct channel is selected and repeat the move command. Also, ensure the button press isn't too short and repeat the command if needed. Reduce the distance to the Wisotronic to avoid interfering ambient influences. Check for active safety functions due to weather conditions and wait until they subside. If a wind test identified a fault, reset the wind test.

Why does my WAREMA Wisotronic Control Systems respond sporadically to the EWFS Hand-held transmitter?
    • H
      Holly YuAug 26, 2025
If the WAREMA Wisotronic responds only sporadically to an EWFS Hand-held transmitter, try reducing the distance to the Wisotronic to avoid interfering ambient influences. Also, check for interference from external transmitters such as baby monitors, and switch them off.

What to do if there is no display of weather data in WAREMA Wisotronic start menu?
    • D
      Dawn WilsonSep 23, 2025
If there is no display of weather data in the Wisotronic start menu, it may be because weather station 1 is not connected or parameterised. Note that only the measured values of weather station 1 are displayed. Connect the weather station and parameterise it as weather station 1.

What to do if the WAREMA weather station or actuator cannot be learned in?
    • C
      Carlos RodriguezSep 12, 2025
If the weather station or actuator cannot be learned in, ensure that there is bus device voltage and correct the connection if necessary.

Why is the ice alarm not triggered in my WAREMA Control System?
    • A
      April HendricksSep 18, 2025
If the ice alarm is not triggered, first check if ice monitoring is switched off and, if so, switch it on. Also, the temperature limit value might be set too low. Change the limit value, noting the safety instructions. Finally, the sensor might not be connected, faulty, or dirty, so check and clean the sensor.

    Jasmine ParkSep 5, 2025
What to do if there are uncontrolled movements of WAREMA Wisotronic Control Systems connected products?
    • S
      Steven RodriguezSep 5, 2025
If you experience uncontrolled movements, it might be because changes were made to the bus parameters but not transferred to the bus devices; in this case, reload the devices. Alternatively, a temporary power failure/restart may have occurred, requiring a calibration after the power is restored.

How to fix WAREMA Wisotronic not responding to an EWFS Hand-held transmitter?
    • L
      lauracooperSep 6, 2025
If your Wisotronic isn't responding, first ensure the transmitter has been learned in. If you're using an 8-channel EWFS transmitter, verify that you've selected the correct channel and then repeat the move command. Also, ensure you press the button long enough and reduce any distance to Wisotronic. If a safety function is active, wait until the cause (precipitation, wind, ice) is no longer present, or reset the wind test if it identified a fault.

How to troubleshoot WAREMA Control Systems comfort functions not working as desired?
    • A
      andersonaaronSep 19, 2025
If comfort functions aren't working as desired, the control timer might be switched off. Switch on the control timer or change the programming. If that doesn't work, the control timer may not be correctly programmed, so change the programming of the control timer.

What to do if the ice alarm is not triggered on my WAREMA Wisotronic?
    • N
      Natalie IrwinAug 30, 2025
If the ice alarm on your WAREMA Control Systems is not triggered, first ensure that ice monitoring is switched on. Next, check if the temperature limit value is set too low and change the limit value, noting the safety instructions. Also, verify that the sensor is properly connected, not faulty, and clean.
