17. Use the 2.5-mm Allen wrench to loosen the captive extraction cone
retainer securing screw.
18. Remove the extraction cone retainer and extraction cone from the ion
block.
Caution:
Take great care not to damage the extraction cone aperture
when removing the extraction cone from the ion block.
The extraction cone is fragile. Never place it on its tip; always
place it on its flanged base.
