Attention! To reset to factory settings, the door must be
opened first (by authorised persons) and the QR code for first
initialisation must be available (e.g. on the motor housing label
or Winkhaus operating instructions sticker).
The reset switch can be reached and operated as follows:

In order to enable a reset of the motor housing to the factory settings even
without an existing admin password, a so-called reset switch is integrated in
the motor housing. This is especially needed in the event that even the admin
has no access to the app (password forgotten, admin not available, in case of
death, inherited house, etc.).
• Unscrew the lower motor housing screw.
