2.1 Chart Light Does Not Come On
SHOCK HAZARD:
Use care when checking live voltages. Do not touch live terminals,
wires, and ground. Failure to use caution could result in personal injury.
1. All other Integris
® 2001 Headwall System electrical systems are
operational.
Yes No
↓ → Restore electrical service from the building to the Integris®
2001 Headwall System.
2. If so equipped, th
e applicable Integris® Headwall 2001 Headwall System
circuit breaker is in the ON position.
Yes No
↓ → Reset the applicable circuit breaker to the ON position.
3. The chart light comes on.
Yes No
↓ → Go to step 5.
4. Go to “Final Actions” on page 2-5.
5. Perform the following:
a. Gain access to the chart light.
b. Remove the chart light bulb.
A voltage shows that 109 to 125V AC is available between the bulb center
terminal and ground.
Yes No
↓ → Go to step 8.
6. Replace the chart light bulb (refer to procedure 4.6).
This solves the problem.

↓ → Go to step 8.
7. Go to “Final Actions” on page 2-5.
8. Perform the fo
llowing:
a. Gain access to the chart light switch.
