2.4 Duplex Electrical Receptacle—Standard or Emergency—Is
Inoperative
SHOCK HAZARD:
Use care when checking live voltages. Do not touch live terminals,
wires, and ground. Failure to use caution could result in personal injury.
1. All other Integris® 2001 Headwall System electrical systems are
operational.
Yes No
↓ → Restore electrical service from the building to the Integris®
2001 Headwall System.
2. If so equipped, the applicable Integris® 2001 Headwall System circuit
breaker is in the ON position.
Yes No
↓ → Reset the applicable circuit breaker to the ON position.
3. The duplex electrical receptacle is operative.
Yes No
↓ → Go to step 5.
4. Go to “Final Actions” on page 2-5.
5. A voltage of 109 to 125V AC is available at the wire termi
nals on the
receptacle.
Yes No
↓ → Repair or replace the wires between the receptacle and the wall
box or the receptacle and the Integris® 2001 Headwall System
circuit breaker box, if so equipped.
6. The duplex electrical receptacle is operative.
Yes No
↓ → Replace the duplex receptacle. See “Duplex Receptacle” on
p
age 4-3. If this solves the problem, go to “Final Actions” on
