SHOCK HAZARD:
Use care when checking live voltages. Do not touch live terminals,
wires, and ground. Failure to use caution could result in personal injury.
1. All other Integris® 2001 Headwall System electrical systems are
operational.
Yes No
Restore electrical service from the building to the Integris®
2001 Headwall System.
2. If so equipped, the applicable Integris® 2001 Headwall System circuit
breaker is in the ON position.
Yes No
Reset the applicable circuit breaker to the ON position.
3. The duplex electrical receptacle is operative.
Yes No
Go to step 5.
4. Go to Final Actions on page 2-5.
5. A voltage of 109 to 125V AC is available at the wire termi
nals on the
receptacle.
Yes No
→ Repair or replace the wires between the receptacle and the wall
box or the receptacle and the Integris® 2001 Headwall System
circuit breaker box, if so equipped.
6. The duplex electrical receptacle is operative.
Yes No
→ Replace the duplex receptacle. See Duplex Receptacle on
p
age 4-3. If this solves the problem, go to Final Actions on
page 2-5. Otherwise, call WittRock Technical Support at
