2.6 Low Voltage Controller Is Not Operating the Attached Device
Chapter 2: Troubleshooting Procedures
b. Measure the voltage between the read and the common terminals
(positive black and negative brown wires).
c. Measure the voltage between the indirect and the common terminals
(positive red and negative brown wires).
Voltage readings of 10 to 14V DC are present.
Yes No
↓ → Replace the low voltage controller. See “Low Voltage
Controller” on page 4-22.
7. Perform the following:
a. Place the read/indirect switch in the READ position.
b. Measure the voltage between the yellow and the green wires.
c. Place the read/indirect switch in the INDIRECT position.
d. Measure the voltage between the pink and the green wires.
NOTE:
The voltage will depend on which low voltage controller is installed.
Voltage readings of 120V AC, 240V AC or 277V AC are present.
Yes No
↓ → Replace the low voltage controller. See “Low Voltage
Controller” on page 4-22. If this
solves the problem, go to
“Final Actions” on page 2-5. Otherwise, call WittRock
Technical Support at (812) 222- 0373.
