Crankcase
Install the control lever and throttle
cam
1. Install the spring 1 onto the control
lever 2 2, and then install the control
lever 1 3.
2. Install the control lever assembly 4,
throttle cam 5, and then install the throt-
tle link rod 6.
Installing the power unit
1. Install the carburetors and fuel system.
NOTE:
To install the fuel system, refer to page 4-3
and 4-9.
2. Install the dowels 1 and new gasket 2.
NOTE:
Remove any oil or grease from the power unit
mating surfaces.

3. Install the Woodruff key and flywheel
magnet 3 temporally tighten, and then
install the special service tool 4, lift up
the power unit 5.
NOTE:
Apply engine oil to the flywheel magnet nut
before installation.
4. Install the power unit 5, and then tighten
the power unit mount bolts 6 to the spec-
ified torque.
