Adjustment steps:
a. Turn the throttle stop screw “1” (carburetor) in direc-
tion “a” or “b” until the high engine speed is
obtained.
b. Turn the throttle stop screw “2” in direction “c” or “d”
un
til the low engine speed is obtained.

ADJUSTING THE ENGINE SPEED (Throttle lever
equipped models)

Warm up the engine for several minutes.
2.
Attach:
• Digital tachometer “1”
High engine speed:
3110–3210 r/min (MZ360)
3700–3800 r/min (MX360/MZ400)
Direction “a”
High engine speed is decreased.
Direction “b”
High engine speed is increased.
Low engine speed:
1900–2100 r/min (MX360)
Direction “c”
Low engine speed is decreased.
Direction “d”
Low engine speed is increased.
